Utilising a PC, printer and connection to the Internet,
(we recommend a dedicated PC & printer for order processing),
Web Order Pro checks for new orders at regular given intervals.
When a new orders are found, they are downloaded and
Parcelforce / Royal Mail Signed-for labels are automatically printed
via a dedicated printer , without the need for user intervention.
At the same time, the customer receives an order confirmation email
together with tracking courier tracking code.
At the same time, the software communicates
with the courier service to advise of a collection.
The outcome being that on each morning, the previous
night's or previous weekend's orders are printed out and waiting
to be processed, as well as orders being printed at regular intervals
throughout the day, as opposed to relying on irregular and costly
manual checking.
All orders are stored on the supplied software, and are searchable
via name, date, item, etc.
